Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Viilar account and the data we hold about you at any time. This page explains how.
Option 1 — In-App Deletion (fastest)
- Open the Viilar app and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
Your account and all associated data are removed immediately. Stripe billing records are retained as required by law.
Option 2 — Email Request
Email privacy@viilar.app from the address you used to sign up, with the subject line "Delete my account". We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your account profile (email, name, sign-in identifiers).
- OAuth tokens for any connected platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Twitch).
- Content you created in the app (captions, audiences, campaign drafts, hashtags, AI prompts and outputs, press kit, creative assets).
- Push notification device tokens.
- Spend limits and ad account links.
- Stripe customer record (Stripe may retain billing records as required by law).
What Is NOT Deleted
- Anything that already exists on connected platforms (your Facebook posts, Instagram posts, ad campaigns already in your Meta/TikTok/Google ad accounts) — those remain on those platforms and must be deleted there directly.
- Records we are legally required to retain (tax records, fraud-prevention logs).
Revoking Platform Access Separately
If you only want to disconnect a single platform (without deleting your Viilar account), open Viilar and go to Settings → Connections. You can also revoke Viilar's access from each platform directly:
