By creating an account or using Viilar, you agree to these Terms.
Viilar provides social media growth tools: analytics, AI coaching, hashtag research, content composer, ad campaign launch, and platform integrations. Features may change or be removed.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country or state of residence. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. You're responsible for any activity under your account, including content you publish, ads you run, and payments you authorize.
If we discover that an account holder is under 18, we will suspend the account and delete associated personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
When you link TikTok, Meta, Google, Twitch, or Kick, you authorize Viilar to access the data covered by the scopes you approve. You can revoke access anytime in our Connections screen and from the platform's own settings.
You keep ownership of content you create or publish through Viilar. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit it solely to operate the service for you.
Violations may result in immediate suspension.
Connected platforms (TikTok, Meta, Google, etc.) have their own terms. We're not responsible for their availability, decisions, or actions.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee follower growth, engagement results, or revenue.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viilar's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
We may update these Terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
